Accidents sparse, minor over holiday

One person was injured in a one-vehicle accident Saturday on Red Bud Road near Craneater Circle in Calhoun, Ga.

The patient was taken to Gordon County Hospital.

Georgia State Patrol officials said there had been four minor accidents in the area during Saturday, but had no further information.

State Patrol officials in Dalton, Ga., said two small accidents occurred Saturday in the area, with one person complaining of injuries, but they had no further information.

Tennessee Highway Patrol said there had been a few fender-benders but no injury complaints.
