Garrison Starr has been a rising Nashville singer/songwriter for years. She’s had several albums released on Vanguard records, and she’s gone on tour with artists like Ani Difranco, Steve Earle & Over the Rhine. Her music is catchy, fun and her voice is one of the best. So, if you’ve never heard of Garrison Starr it’s time to take a listen. Recently, she opened for Todd Snider at Midtown Music Hall. She agreed to visit Studio ‘99 after soundcheck. I’m glad she did.
